Admission Procedures

To enroll a student, please adhere to the following admissions procedures:
  • Parent / Guardian must complete ALL application forms ($25 non-refundable application fee must be included)
  • Any medical evaluations pertaining to your child should be disclosed.
  • Any information pertaining to learning, emotional, or social abilities including doctor’s reports or child study team evaluations should be disclosed.
  • All transcripts, prior report cards and standardized testing must be received by our office.
  • Administration may require interviews with both parents and prospective student.
  • An assessment/placement test may be required before registration is final.
  • The administration may deny re-enrollment for specific academic disciplinary reasons or if the needs of the student cannot be met by the existing program.

The parent will be notified once the Administration determines the acceptance, the acceptance with conditions, or WBCS is unable to meet the needs of the child. If accepted, the following items will be provided by the office:
  • Student Information Form
  • Medical Information Form
  • Student Guidelines Form
  • Financial Agreement
  • Financial Policy
  • Medical Emergency Permission Authorization Form
  • Pre-participation Medical Examination Form, if participating in sports
  • Request for school records from transferring school (if applicable)
  • Vision Screen Form (Kindergarten, 1st, and 3rd grade students only)

Admissions Documents

Tuition and Fees
​Upon receiving acceptance from William Bradford Christian School, a non-refundable registration fee is due to secure your child’s place at Bradford.  Acceptance is given on a provisional basis and is made final after the records from the student’s former school have been received and reviewed.

Tuition fees are payable directly to William Bradford Christian School either in full by August 10th or by monthly payments over a twelve month period beginning June 1st through May 1st or a ten month period beginning August 1st through May 1st.  

In order to keep tuition cost affordable, 25 Service Hours are required per family, per year:  August 1st-July 31st:
  • Fireworks Stand (the last week of June and the first week of July)
  • Mayes County Fair Bake Sale (the second weekend in September)
  • Annual Bean Supper & Pie Auction  (February)
  • Substitute Teaching
  • Mowing and Grounds Keeping

Three financial assistance programs are available if qualified:
