4-H Club
The 4-H (Head, Heart, Hands, & Health) club, open for students ages 9 to 19. The purpose of a 4-H club is to provide positive youth development opportunities to meet the needs of young people to experience belonging, mastery, independence, and generosity - the Essential Elements - and to foster educational opportunities tied to the Land Grant University knowledge base. There are six meetings throughout the year during school hours and there may be special events after school. Horse Judging
Horse judging provides an interactive, hands-on curriculum for 3rd to 12th grade students to explore horse judging and showing horses while developing life skills. Students meet once a week after school from January to April. Students needs to be enrolled in 4-H. For more information contact Larry Stamper at lstamper@wbcslions.org.
